I do not like that they don't take care about my allergies.

It was very close to tube (across the street).
Food was very expensive.
We enjoyed our stay very much. staff was very friendly and it was across the street from the tube station and only a few blocks to paddington station where you can get train to airport etc.

Uncomfortable bed, stained rug, dingy hallway, expensive extras like Wi-Fi.
The room was located in the older, dingy tower, not at all impressive. The room lacked plugs for charging travel appliances, and although clean enough, the room was very worn and tired.
